Keikoku Amane's chest was bleeding. It was cut by the cold blade of the Red Pheonix Sword and his skin around that affected area felt like it was being burned.

Keikoku Amane's physique was at Lv. 100. Therefore, an attack from someone with only Level 60 strength shouldn't have been capable of inflicting any damage, even if his body was struck a thousand times due to the overwhelming difference.
