"What is the meaning of this?" the Clear Wind City Lord demanded furiously, glaring at his butler.

"It's from Jadefall City's Lord. He asked you to accept his friend request on You Connect," the butler quickly explained.

Since the mysterious disappearance of the ten experts, the City Lord had been in a foul mood.

Any slight mistake would result in harsh reprimands. Several unfortunate servants had already been beaten and thrown out of the mansion.

"They've formed some sort of alliance on You Connect, my lord. Perhaps, with this alliance, you could gather all the experts and attack the store," the butler suggested cautiously.

Upon hearing his butler's advice, the City Lord's dull eyes brightened with realization as he mulled over the plan.

"What is a mere store? If all the City Lords in the region band together for a full assault..." A wicked grin spread across his face.

Seeing his lord's smile, the butler breathed a sigh of relief. "Phew! That was close."

Quickly, the City Lord sent his consciousness into the Spirit Comms and logged into You Connect. When he saw thousands of friend requests waiting for him, he was stunned.

He had only ever used the Spirit Comms to send messages to his butler, wives, and children.

He'd set up a profile on You Connect out of curiosity and had abandoned it. But now, the thousands of requests filled him with excitement.

He quickly found the other City Lords and accepted an invitation to a special group. Without hesitation, he made his intentions known.

"Let's destroy the Celestial Heavenly Store and take the Spirit Comms secret for ourselves."
