93 92. Junior Hard Work
Once the joint exercise has been cleared up, today's work will be over.
It ended a lot earlier than planned, so the crew was thrilled to talk about going out for a drink or a play.
but suddenly there is less conversation and the crew who were walking ahead drifts off the road.
If I turned my gaze, I could see the black robes of the Magic Brigade, walking backwards through the flow of people.
"Hey, Volfredo, I hear you finished your exercise early."
It was Goood, my brother and squadron leader of the Magic Brigade, who came with a smile.
"Brother, what's wrong?
I haven't made any promises, and I haven't received a letter of news. What happened to my father or my brother?
When I rushed to ask, my surrounding eyes turned this way simultaneously.
Blue eyes on silver hair with blue, not like Wolfe. If they don't tell you, no one will think you're a brother first.
"Sorry for the rush. Do you have plans for today?
"No, nothing in particular"
"I found a delicious store for rock oysters. Why don't you come with me? I want to talk slowly while I eat."
"Thank you. Please let me come with you."
"Okay, let's get dressed and then we'll go. Oh, you don't have to hurry. 'Cause I'm waiting in the office to clear the paperwork."
The knights around him look at the man who says fun.
Gouid turned his gaze to those beside his brother, without worrying about the gaze around him.
"That's Goodwin and Bertie. That my brother is always taken care of, thank you. Next time, if you like, you should come visit me at Wolframe's mansion. You're welcome."
"It's an honor."
"Thank you"
Smiling at the meeting between the two, Gouid spoke to Wolf again and went back the way he came.
"Wolfe, right now, your brother's... it's Master Gweed, isn't it?
"Oh, yeah, but"
They don't look alike at all, it's natural to be confirmed. When I saw Drino thinking so, I was tilting my neck.
"What's wrong?
"No. I thought it was a different vibe. When I was leading the Magic Conductor unit in the exercise before, here's the thing...... a deposited and calm Magic Conductor! Because it felt like"
'Cause it's work.'
It's kind of hard to say that we've just been able to talk about this before. I could honestly tell Darya.
"Wolfe, bring the simulated sword over here. I'll clean it up. It doesn't make my brother wait too long."
"Thank you, Randolph. I'm sorry, it's nice to meet you. I'll be there in a minute."
Handing over the forged sword, Wolfe headed to the barracks early enough.
"... hey, where's that 'I'm being abandoned from home' thing? You're so close."
"I can't believe I came all the way here myself... not even my brother"
Those of the First Knights who caught up from behind spill a whisper.
"You said 'Wolframe's Mansion' earlier, didn't you?
"I heard he can't even go home in the barracks..."
Drino and Randolph turned back at the same time and said to the group they were talking about.
"If you do red armor (Scarlet Armor) to live or die, you'll want to distance yourself from home."
"Wolfe can't go home, he's in the barracks to make sure he has time to train"
A young crew lined up beside Randolph in front of the pale knights.
"Even when Wyburn captured me, a magician came from the Scalfalot family to search for my predecessor. I don't think it's possible that we're being ignored."
"No, but... he's not even at the Scalfalot family tea party"
"I hear you won't even be invited to the ball."
"Unlike you, our troops suddenly have an expedition in, so you can't promise a tea party or a ball. If I don't have a plan, I'm not out either. Few of us can get out properly."
Finished, Kirk narrowed his green eyes. My hair shakes loosely, even though there is no wind.
"First Knights seniors, I, I have one question, okay?
"What? Say it."
"The Scalfalotto family is confirmed marquis ascendancy in the name of Master Gouid, isn't it? Isn't it a bad idea to focus on that sweet little brother of yours?
"You!
"Senior Wolfe is not the kind of person who tells Master Gouid. I don't think anyone in our squad would bother to say it. But for Senior Wolfe's sake, there was a maid watching an exercise from a remote building or something. Hopefully it won't be a weird rumor."
"... Huh!
Kirk smiled good at the knights who were out of line.
"The new binoculars look pretty good."
At the earliest possible moment, behind the knights so dark that it seemed like a funeral, Kirk and the others entered the troop area.
Coming all the way to a distance where no sound could be heard for sure, he laughed out of no-one and his voice spread.
"Well said, Leonardi!
"You're the best junior, you!
It is Kirk who is slapped hard around his back.
When there was too much storm of praise, Randolph put his hand on its shoulder.
"Kirk, let me have your liquor bill today"
"Thank you, Senior Randolph. I won't hesitate to treat you."
"Leonardi, you, if you think you're going to grow up, you're amazing"
"Kirk, please, Senior Bertie"
"This one's fine with drino"
"I was so nervous. No, I might still be."
The open palm was slightly trembling and sweaty on his forehead. Clearing up the simulated sword, I still shake my nervous remaining hand.
Behind you, still, some of the squad is making a bright laugh.
"Kirk, do you regret doing this or something? Or are you worried about the house?
"No, I have no regrets. I was wondering if the house would be okay."
"Is your house a Viscount?
With a nod in Kirk's ear, Drino whispered low.
"... if the first guys say something to you, don't hide it. I'll definitely do something about it."
"Thank you. Let me talk to you if anything happens. Well... it might be a little bad when my grandfather finds out."
Dorino wonders about a junior with a terrible troubled face.
"What grandfather?
"I want you to keep it to yourself...... I'm the youngest daughter of the former Marquis. Grandfather, I come home often with patience to see my mother..."
What a narrow world.
Dorino started talking about the store he was going to today, tapping his junior shoulder.
