Chapter 242: Fei Fei's Adventures
It was a serene night, and Fei Fei was not home. She was out.
Han Li gently embraced Ruo and pushed aside her white strands of hair to reveal her pretty face. He placed a kiss on her forehead.
"Am I growing old, hubby?" she asked.
"Of course not. You look as gorgeous as the first day I met you."

Ruo smiled, grabbed her man's hand, and placed it over her buttox. She whispered seductively into his ears, "Want another?"
It was as if something had been triggered as the door to their room slammed open. Han Li and Ruo both looked at the cute intruder with red faces. They hadn't kept their Soul Sense wide; they hadn't expected someone to come in.
Ruo blushed like a tomato. She almost seemed guilty.
Han Li smiled awkwardly. "Where have you been this late, Little Fei?"
The Little Tyrant's eyes twitched. She snorted and walked on top of the bed. Looking coldly at her dad, she ordered, "Move aside, Daddy. Give Little Fei's place back to her."
Han Li looked at her in irritation and scoffed. He just hugged Ruo tighter and his wifey smirked at the tyrant.
Their daughter fumed at them and growled. She gently pushed aside her mom from her dad's embrace and pushed her dad away forcefully without a hint of mercy.
He would not be hurt anyway. He was too strong. Humph.
"Mommy is Fei Fei's to hug, not yours." She said proudly and hugged her mother. Ruo smiled cheekily at Han Li.
"Oi Oi, little freak, have you heard of your father's reputation? He likes to throw unruly little children into rivers with monsters in them."
The Little Tyrant rolled her eyes. "I am the monster."
Han Li's eyes twitched.
She didn't let her dad hug her mom, and Ruo just kept chuckling.
"My child loves her mother way more than her father."
Fei Fei scoffed, but she didn't say anything to support that fact.
Looking scornfully at her father, she said, "If you want to hug Mom so bad, I don't mind you hugging us both."
Hmph. Hmph.
Han Li's eyes just twitched, and he kicked the girl out.
Hmph. Hmph.
He was the father.
Sadly, she could cry, and her cry was too effective on Ruo. He ended up not getting to lay with her that day. The little freak kept staring at him disdainfully from her mother's back. Crying had brought her back in here.
She really inherited all of Ruo's traits and all of his own stubbornness.
When she fell asleep on his chest like a little angel, though, Han Li just smiled in satisfaction.
Ruo hugged them both to sleep beside him.
This was the kind of life he wanted.
Forever.
To live without any regrets. To never die unless he wanted to.

Little Fei began to grow older.
Han Li and Ruo could do nothing about that even though both of them secretly hated that fact—their Little Tyrant should have forever remained little. Maybe all parents felt that way.
But it was the way of things, they just watched over her.
Ruo was way too overprotective of her and never even let her fall and bleed. Han Li was harsher, though; he did throw her into rivers with bigger monsters than her inside them.
The girl put salt into his tea as revenge.
He wanted to beat her up, but she knew how to escape beatings. Her mother was one way, and her cute acts were another.
She had her dad all in her hand. He loved her too much to hurt her.
Humph. Humph.
Just like that, simple years passed like water in a river.
She was as aggressive as ever, but as she grew older, her aggression shifted to the people outside their family instead of her dad and mom. She let them be.
Soon enough, Fei Fei became a truly spoiled young mistress.
Day in and day out, she would be going around trying out her powers on people who were nearly equal to her in strength—who had come to her city for many different reasons.
She was bullying someone at all times.
Sometimes, people who heard about the super-strong Evolved Han Li and had wanted to challenge him to see his mettle would be faced with his daughter instead and would get defeated by her.
Indeed, being born with Han Li's transformations made her fierce. He just looked at her lazily from the side as he felt his body age slowly.
When Han Fei was old enough, she Awakened her Spark and became a Cultivator.
It was a bizarre thing—her Spark was useless.
Her Spark seemed to do nothing. No Sparrow Transformation Powers of Ruo, nor any Lust Spark powers of her dad.
It was just there for no reason—no magic powers, no Dao, nothing. Nada.
Useless.
Han Li could guess the reason. She was not under the skies where the Heaven and its 3000 Daos and 7 Great Daos ruled supreme. She was in a world of his imagination.
Of course, Her Spark would not be useful if it was not the Lust Spark—that was HIS to give or take, not the Heavens. No powers worked inside this world other than his own.
Just like that, more years passed.
At 16, Fei Fei failed her Evolution Attempt, as everyone had predicted. Her spark came out of her body and went poof. Han Fei was infuriated.
She could already beat every Evolved there was, and now she couldn't even cultivate to their level. Just why?
Why couldn't she evolve? Why was her Spark alone so useless when others had clearly working Sparks?
Of course, others were all Sparks Han Li had seen in real life. It was being emulated in some way, but it didn't seem to work that way on Han Fei.
He just looked at her cute anger and smiled.
Fei Fei came to him one day, and she seemed hesitant to reveal her intention. She just asked her dad to tell her some stories and feeling melancholic, Han Li let her sleep on his chest as he told her about his life stories.
She didn't believe most of them.
The day after, a tearful Fei Fei left the city to travel around.
She even left a note for Han Li. He read it while looking at her back, which was growing further away.
"Father, your daughter is ashamed. She has failed your legacy—even dumbasses can Evolve, but your daughter of all couldn't. You should be ashamed of me. At least, I am. I shall come back stronger. Mother, don't spoil father too much.
Maximum of ten years, I won't be away for more than that. Don't you dare forget me or reduce your love for me!!"
"And don't you dare have another child!"
The parents could only sigh. She was Han Li's daughter, indeed.
Stubborn as a brick.
