"Are you okay?" asked Pepper
"Yeah, I feel great. You okay?" Tony asked
"Don't ever, ever, ever, ever ask me to do anything like that ever again." Pepper said
"I don't have anyone but you. Anyway... " T says as he rips the wires off and stands up.
"What do you want me to do with this?" Pepper asked Holding Tony's old reactor.
"That? Destroy it. Incinerate it." Tony said
"You don't want to keep it?" asked Pepper
"Pepper, I've been called many things. "Nostalgic" is not one of them." Tony stated
"Will that be all, Mr. Stark?" Pepper said in her professional tone.
"That will be all, Miss Potts." Tony said as he turns to talk to his robot while he eyes Pepper as she walks away. "Hey, Butterfingers, come here. What's all this stuff doing on top of my desk? That's my phone, that's a picture of me and my dad. Right there. In the garbage. All that stuff."

After getting control of himself Tony went to meet James Rhodes but he didn't had the time to deal with Tony's shenanigans and he sent sent Tony away before he could tell Rhodes about his new project.
Not wanting to just sit around Tony started to do modifications in his Armour Suits as not all of them needed the arc reactor in each of them now that he had one on his chest so he removed them from the Armour Suit's and stored them away.
Obadiah came to meet Tony and tried to get his hands on the arc reactor but there was no way Tony was going to give it to him as he still hasn't found the person selling his weapons to the Terrorists.
Even when Obadiah Threatened him with the fact that Tony may be locked out of the company he still didn't give up the arc Reactor making Obadiah angry though the old guy didn't let it show on his face.
After that fiasco Tony would take his suit to fly around in air making it better, more durable and adding more weapons to it.
He also got a present from Pepper which was his old Arc Reactor inside a glass case.
While he was increasing the thrust capacitors limit he heard what the TV reporter was saying about him on the TV.
"Tonight's red-hot red carpet is right here at the Disney Concert Hall, where Tony Stark's third annual benefit for the Firefighter's Family Fund has become the place to be for L.A.'s high society." TV reporter said
"JARVIS, we get an invite for that?" asked Tony
"I have no record of an invitation, sir." JARVIS replied
"Tony Stark ... hasn't been seen in public since his bizarre and highly controversial press conference. Some claim he's suffering from post traumatic stress and has been bedridden for weeks. Whatever the case may be, no one expects an appearance from him tonight." TV reporter said
Knowing what to do, he ordered JARVIS to run simulations while Tony decided to crash his party.

Arriving in a silver Bugatti, Tony got out of his car and tossed the keys to the busboy while he saw Obadiah giving an interview to a reporter.
"Weapons manufacturing is only one small part of what Stark Industries is all about, and our partnership with the fire and rescue community..." Obadiah saw Tony then continue to end the interview by saying "We are gonna have great quarter"
After which he moved towards Tony.
What's the world coming to when a guy's got to crash his own party?" Tony said
" Look at you. Hey, what a surprise." Obadiah said
"I'll see you inside." Tony said as he started to walk inside the hall when Obadiah stopped him.
" Hey. Listen, take it slow, all right? I think I got the board right where we want them." Obadiah said
"You got it. Just cabin fever. I'll just be a minute. Give me a Scotch. I'm starving." Tony said as he waved his hand and entered the hall going straight to the bar where Agent Coulson met him.
"Mr. Stark?" Phil Coulson called
"Yeah?" Tony said
"Agent Coulson." Phil introduced himself.
"Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. The guy from the.." Tony said as he tried to remember the name of the organisation Coulson was part of.
"Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division." Phil stated
" God, you need a new name for that." Tony said
"Yeah, I hear that a lot. Listen, I know this must be a trying time for you, but we need to debrief you. There's still a lot of unanswered questions, and time can be a factor with these things." Coulson said
"Let's just put something on the books." Tony said as his eyes wandered around the Galla stopping at someone.
" How about the 24th at 7:00 p.m. at Stark Industries?" Coulson asked
"Tell you what. You got it. You're absolutely right. Well, I'm going to go to my assistant, and we'll make a date. You look fantastic! I didn't recognize you." Tony said as he saw Pepper wearing a stunning backless dress and moved towards her.
"What are you doing here?" aged Pepper
"Just avoiding government agents." Tony replied
"Are you by yourself?" asked Pepper as Tony always has a female companion in a party like this.
"Yes. Where'd you get that dress?" asked Tony
"Oh, it was a birthday present." Pepper stated
"That's great." Tony said
" From you, actually." Pepper added
"Well, I got great taste." Tony stated
" Yes." Pepper accepted
"You want to dance?" asked Tony
" Oh, no." Pepper stated
While the two of them were flirting with each other Ken who had also joined the party today was looking at the two with a smile on his face, he was worried about the changes that may appear because of his interference but it looks like there has only been positive changes until now accept for the fact that it was happening way early.
Ken was also keeping an eye on Banner who was doing a secret research in Culver University, under military protection. At the very least there hasn't been a change in Banners story, there was no way they could do without Hulk and it would be good for him to fight with Hulk.
He really want to know between his immesurable strength and his techniques who would win.
While he was thinking about his fight with Hulk, Tony danced with Pepper then met Christine Everhart finding the ongoing weapons supplied by his company causing him to leave the party to talk with Obadiah only to find out that it was him who locked him out.
After Tony left the party Ken decided to let Pepper know about the fact that the man she was waiting for has ditched her to go and be a Hero.
"Ms. Potts if you are waiting for Mr. Stark than he has already left the party" Ken said as he walked beside Pepper on the balcony.
"What?" exclaimed Pepper in surprise then looked at Ken who didn't look much older and was clearly in his early twenties. "I am sorry you are?"
"Me! I am just an upcoming Author, you may or may not have read some of my work. Harry Potter and Twilight series are my work" Ken introduced himself
"Oh, yes I enjoyed both the books a lot and I ma really looking forward to next books for the both the series" Pepper said with a smile.
"Thank you, I will make sure that the wait is worth it." Ken said then turned around with his back in the railings and send "And about Tony Stark leaving the party and leaving you here. The reason is quite serious for it."
"I am sorry!?" asked Pepper as he didn't think there would be a reason for it she just thought that Tony forgot about her when he had an epiphany about his new project.
"Yeah well he just found out that his company was still selling weapons after he shut it down and that too to the terrorists who were responsible for his Kidnapping and the fact that it was Obadiah who locked him out of his company was too much for him to bear"
