"What do you think? It's time to remove that thing from your chest" Kenichi said

"What?" Rhodey exclaimed in surprise

"Yeah about that can we postpone it, my birthday is coming, I really want to attend it." Stark said as he was getting cold feet

"No chance, because of that thing in France your toxicity have reached to almost 60% it already hard to do the surgery we can't wait for your cold feet to go away, so you are coming with me" Kenichi said as he walked towards Tony.

"Whoa whoa whoa stop right there I don't know who you are? what toxicity you are talking about? Or What this surgery Tony needs? So until I know everything you are not taking Tony anywhere " Rhodey said as he stood infront of Tony.

"Since Stark didn't tell you you don't need to know" Kenichi said as he right hand tapped Rhodey neck before he could even move making him paralyzed as he fell of to the ground.

"Rhodey!" Tony said as moved towards Rhodey laying on the ground to check on him.

"Relax he is just paralyzed from the neck down for 20 minutes that's all. He would be fine after that" Kenichi said as he looked down at Rhodey while grabbing Tony's collar and pulling him up.

"Tony! Dammit" Rhodey shouted as Kenichi was dragged away by Kenichi

"Wait! Wait! Stop it. I don't want to do the surgery." Tony shouted as he tried to pry Kenichi's hand from his collar but no matter how much he struggled he could do it.

"If you don't do the surgery you will die Tony and that too painfully I am sure you don't want that right" Kenichi said as he tapped on Tony's neck as well paralyzing him from the neck down just like Rhodey than throwed him in the passanger seat of Tony's ferrari while sitting on the driver seat himself.

"JARVIS stop him" Tony shouted in anger at being unable to do anything as Kenichi drove the ferrari towards the exit.

"Don't do it JARVIS, my Master's won't have any problems dealing with few extra broken bones of Stark" Kenichi threatened as he saw the doors of the garrage shutting down.

Kenichi didn't know if his threat worked or not as the gate was still rolling downwards, though he was able to still get out after doing a sideways drift.

"Shit! Kenichi let me go, even if I survive after the surgery, I won't let you go" Tony threatened

"Please you think you can do anything with that armour of yours? I thought reaper showed you the difference between the two." Kenichi chuckled

"You think you are as good as him?" asked Tony

"I don't think Tony, I know" Kenichi stated then looked at Stark and added "Moreover you can't die now, since you started this armour war with Ivan Vanko you need to end this"

"What armour war? Ivan Vanko is in prison in France." Tony said

"No, he broke out of prison yesterday or more like someone broke him out of prison yesterday and now he is most likely making something with the help of someone to destroy your legacy. Is that what you want Stark " Kenichi explained

Tony became silent as he didn't know that Ivan broke out of prison but he did know that many people will readily help Ivan as he was someone who could make arc reactor.

While Kenichi was kidnapping Tony for his surgery at the same time in QUEENS, NEW YORK.

"This is where we do it. This is my humble abode. You can work in absolute peace. Must be fun to be dead, right? No pressure. Here they are. I'm very excited. They're combat-ready. I may have done a few miscalculations and rushed the prototype into production. Sue me, I'm enthusiastic. Go ahead, take a look around." Justin said as Ivan puts on glasses and heads towards a computer.

"You don't wanna do that. You'll be able to access that as soon as we generate some encrypted pass codes. Can we generate some encrypted pass codes? Get some of those encrypted pass codes, Jack. Never mind, I Wow. Okay. Good stuff." Justin couldn't believe that Ivan broke through the firewalls so easily

"Well You're good. You really blasted in past the firewall there. Let me show you where you're gonna be working primarily. Go ahead, take a look. Get a good look at that. That's something, isn't it?" Justin said as he showed the armours made by his company to Ivan

"You know, those are really just for show and tell. They're $125.7 million a pop, so Wait!" Justin said as Ivan pulls off one's head.

"Oh gosh. Jesus Christ. Get somebody up here. That's where the pilot goes. I'm having a tough time finding volunteers. I'll take care of that, just leave it." Justin said as

" What you want them do?" Ivan asked

"Well, long term, I want them to put me in the Pentagon for the next 25 years. I want to make Iron Man look like an antique. I wanna go to that Stark Expo, I wanna take a dump in Tony Stark's front yard. You know what I'm talking about?" Justin said

" I can do that. No problem." Ivan said

" Yeah? Hey, fabulous! I love it. Hey, this is our guy. Didn't I tell you? I had a feeling." Justin said with a smile.

"What happened here?" Pepper asked as she came downstairs hearing Rhodey shouts only to find him laying down on the ground.

"Pepper some psycho named Kenichi took Tony with him." Rhodey said as he tried to stand up but he still wasn't in full control as his legs were still paralyzed.

"What!? JARVIS what happened?" Pepper asked while Mary beside her widened her eyes and sent a signal discreetly through her phone.

"Mr. Stark has been dealing with Palladium poisoning due to the arc reactor, he tried to think of different elements but couldn't find a solution hence he asked for Shirahama Kenichi to bring his two masters who are world renown doctors to see if they could help, both of them agreed to do the surgery but Mr. Stark got cold feet and wanted to back out so Kenichi Shirahama forcefully took Mr Stark with him." JARVIS explained

"What!? Tony is dying?" Pepper asked in shock.

"Yes, he was supposed to tell you but I believe he got cold feet on that matter as well." JARVIS stated

"Shit, do you know where he is taking Tony?" Rhodey asked

"Yes, of course everyone of Mr Stark's cars can be tracked" JARVIS replied

"Good, show me in the GPS, where they are going" Pepper said as she sat in one of Tony's car, with Mary following her and sitting on the passanger seat.

"Rhodey?" Pepper called out but Rhodey still wasn't feeling his legs completely so he said, "You go I will catch up to you"
